Jill
Founder &
managing Director
Jill founded the company in 2003. Beginning with home design clients, the company soon became a prominent name in the local area.
The company has since expanded into the commercial sector, operating extensively in the education, hospitality and show home industries.
Jill has brought together a strong team of designers with complimentary skills to deliver across all disciplines.

Nikki
Senior Interior Designer &
Project Manager
Nikki has vast experience working within the commercial interior design industry for over 16 years, both in the UK and Europe and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
She has experience of designing an array of interiors, her main skills include large scale retail roll-out programmes, office fit-outs / design and build.
Nikki is warm, creative and has a real drive for finding the right solution.

Cherelle
Interior Designer &
Project Manager
Cherelle has a degree in Interior Design and Decoration.
Previously working in the residential lettings market managing furnishing projects Cherelle puts together schemes that make the most of spaces and creates beautiful homes.
At JTI, she has worked on a number of large scale projects from whole home renovations to configuring and designing new office spaces.

Rosanna
Interior Designer &
Operations manager
Rosanna manages a mix of home and commercial projects. She also works extensively with developers to deliver show homes and marketing suites.
She is responsible for the daily operations of the business and continuous improvement of our service to clients.
Rosanna has a fantastic eye for detail and exceptional organisation skills – just what you need from a designer and project manager!

Hannah
Interior Designer &
Project Associate
Hannah has a degree in textile design and also a background in commercial interiors.
Working on home design projects from beautiful bathrooms to whole home renovations and also commercial projects, she brings her skills and eye for detail to her designs.
Hannah has a passion for continuous improvement and is constantly looking for new products and services she can deliver to her portfolio of clients.

Ana
Office Administrator &
Project Associate
Ana has extensive experience in office & project administration as well as client liaison in her previous roles, so she is the perfect person to keep the office and team organised!
Ana has a passion for interior design and loves the creativity and variety that working for an interior design business gives her. She also has a great eye and provides invaluable help to the team in sourcing the finishing touches.

GABY
Interior Designer &
project manager
Gaby has over 30 year of experience in high end home design projects.
Working with discerning clients in their homes and also upscale developers to create inspiring spaces that deliver against the client’s aspirations for the space.
Gaby has an excellent eye for colour and form and delivers designs that continually exceed client expectations.

Project Associate
Nen has a wealth of experience in the world of property. Having worked in the holiday property world for many years, she brings a wealth of understanding of client needs
Nen stages and sources the accessories to our show home projects , and has real flair in finding those finishing touches.
Nen works alongside the Administration team to ensure the smooth running of our day to day operations.

lizzie
Office Administrator &
Project Associate
Lizzie joined JTI as our first Apprentice! Alongside learning all about how a business operates she is learning on the job about all things interiors.
Lizzie is central to us delivering our projects on time and on brief. Masterminding the procurement of all the materials required for each project, she also is hands on when it comes to install and staging days.

Rod
Finance and Operations
Rod joined us in 2015, and oversees our finance and supply chain.
He also works closely with our supplier base to ensure we are getting the best products, services, and prices for our clients.
Rod has over 30 years of commercial experience which he brings to JTI

Frank
Non Executive Director
Frank has over 30 years experience in the Oxfordshire property market.
As our Non Exec Director his role is to challenge, inspire and keep us right up to date with what is happening in the property markets.
Frank works closley with the team to ensure we continuosly review and improve our offer to our clients and the best service we can.
