I was really thrilled with the final look. The bathroom had a lovely warn glow, and the bedroom had a look a understated sophistication whilst still feeling homely!

The room was in the annex of a beautiful Cotswold home, with vaulted ceilings. The client wanted it to feel cosy and have a boutique hotel feel. I decided to bring the outside in by using warm greens, and then mix that with a shell pink for a warm and cosy feel.
I wanted to move away from a wallpapered wall, so I decided to go with panelling. This gave a nod to the heritage of the building, but also created some interest and texture for the room. I then decided to go bold with a dark grey colour, which I thought would help the room feel less feminine.
I also introduced pendant lights instead of lamps to give the hotel feel!
